2. Purpose of the data processing
We process the personal data provided through the contact form on the Vista Home website exclusively for the following purposes:
- establishing contact;
- responding to requests for quotes;
- arranging appointments;
- communication related to your enquiry;
- providing information about the requested services.
Data is used for marketing purposes only with your separate, explicit consent.
3. Scope of personal data processed
The following data may be processed when the contact form is submitted:
- name;
- e-mail address;
- phone number (if provided);
- any other personal data contained in your message.
4. Legal basis for the data processing
The legal basis for the processing is your voluntary consent under Article 6(1) (a) of the GDPR, which you give by submitting the form.
Where the processing is related to the preparation of a quote or a contract, the legal basis may also be Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
5. Data retention period
Data related to a quote request or contact enquiry is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the enquiry has been closed, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a contract is concluded between the parties.
6. Data processors
We may use external service providers (such as hosting and e-mail providers) to operate the website and receive messages; they process personal data solely on the instructions of the Data Controller.
7. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to:
- request information about the processing of your personal data;
- request rectification of your data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to the processing where its legal basis allows;
- exercise your right to data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. Legal remedies
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or take the matter to court.
